Delivery

Delivering my creations is a crucial part of the service.
I am a one person business and I really enjoy delivering my creations to the recipient or venue to see the reaction they get.
Delivery up to a maximum of 15 mile radius. For deliveries outside this area please call. Weddings and Event Preparation an exception!
Delivery is chargeable on all orders @ £4 within an 8 mile radius. For deliveries further than this a charge of 50p per mile will be added. If you would prefer to collect your order from me do let me know. (See address in the foot of the website)

**Please note!**
If a recipient is not available to accept their delivery, every attempt will be made to either deliver to the nearest neighbour or to leave the goods in a secure place. A card to advise of the location will be left for the recipient.  If this is not possible then re-delivery will be chargeable, so please ensure the recipient will be present to accept it.
Sometimes addresses can be hard to find. To aid delivery to the correct location, use the website What3words to provide me with a precise delivery place.

Payment

Place your order online and I will then call you to take payment over the telephone and give you the order total including delivery cost at the same time.
If you prefer a payment link can be sent by email or text message if you prefer, however full payment is required prior to delivery.

For Weddings, Courses, Demonstrations and Workshops payment details will be arranged on an individual basis.
